I'm Jennifer Schiff, and I help college students and young professionals figure out what's next – and how to actually get there.
As a former executive recruiter, I've reviewed tens of thousands of résumés and prepped candidates for every stage of the hiring process. I've also worked as a management consultant and strategy executive, so I understand how companies really think about hiring and talent. For more than 20 years, I chaired college interviewing for Penn in LA, giving me a unique window into how young candidates present themselves – and what actually stands out.
I hold undergraduate and graduate business degrees from Wharton and Kellogg, and I've seen this process from every angle – the recruiter, the interviewer, the consultant. Most importantly, I'm a parent who has gone through this alongside my own children. I know how overwhelming these early career decisions can feel, and my goal is simple: to help you stand out, make smart decisions, and move forward with confidence.
My approach is holistic and highly personalized. Every client receives a tailored roadmap, flexible ongoing support, and candid, expert guidance. We work together to build tools and confidence.
Preparing for internships or full-time roles
Starting their job search
Whose first role wasn't the right fit
Whether you want to pursue a career in finance or fashion, in analytics or PR, or anything in between, I'm here to help.
"I had no idea where to even start. It was honestly super overwhelming. But you talked me through everything step by step and actually made it all doable. Thank you thank you thank you!"
"Jennifer, I genuinely cannot thank you enough. This hasn't hit me yet. It's over! All of the chaos has been 100% worth it. Thank you for believing in me and guiding me through every step of the way. I don't know how I would've done this without you."
"The service you provide is genius, but your knowledge, experience, and warm-but-no-B.S. approach take it to a whole other level. My son trusts you 1000%, and whenever he has a question or doesn't know quite how to handle something job-related, we always say the same thing: Ask Jen!"
"Your help in preparing our daughter for her interviews was invaluable. You gave her the tools and confidence to walk in the room prepared. Your guidance, insight, and expertise into this next step in adulthood was a game changer!"
"Jen, you're a godsend. My son was completely paralyzed by the idea of applying for internships, and fought with me whenever I tried to help him. But you swooped in and worked your magic, and suddenly he was networking and sending out resumes and making things happen."
"I'm appreciative that you have shown her it is ok to ask for what she deserves (which is clearly out of my comfort zone). I'm so so glad she has you in her corner."

Ideally, as early as freshman or sophomore year so we can plan for internships and start laying out your career narrative. But many clients don't seek guidance until after they've graduated or even until they've started their first job and realize it isn't a good fit.
Whether it's finance or fashion, data analytics or marketing, I've worked with clients pursuing a wide variety of career paths.
My interview prep is focused on behavioral questions, but I am happy to recommend outside sources for more specific industry preparation.
I offer a variety of packages that include a set number of one-on-one Zoom sessions as well as email and texting support between those sessions. We start with a complimentary consultation session after which I will share my package recommendation.
No. To be candid, the job market is rough out there, and I cannot promise a job or even an interview. What I can do is help manage the process, give you the confidence you need for a job search, the tools you need for that job search, and the assurance that you're doing everything right. Happily, my clients have been finding jobs in their chosen fields.
Not at this time, but these are ideas I'm exploring. Happy to discuss the possibility with any organization, fraternity, or sorority that may be interested in putting together a group.
